Promotional Offers

Additional terms, conditions and procedures apply.  For specific details of the Ranger Boats “Gotcha Covered” Promotion please refer to the Dealer Guidelines page.

Guidelines

TERMS:

• Consumer benefit program offered for the purchase of any new eligible Ranger boat sold from a participating Ranger dealer between January 15, 2010 – March 31, 2010.  Non-Current Models meeting the criteria listed below will also apply.
• All qualifying product must be sold and delivered within promotional time frame, unless submitted as a sold order as specified in the next bullet point.
• New “Sold” boat orders that fall within the promotion guidelines will be accepted until    March 1^st, 2010.
• Program applies to any new eligible Ranger boat sold during promotional time frame powered by Yamaha, Mercury, Evinrude, or Suzuki engines.
• Program does NOT apply to demo/ memo, prize, previously registered boats, commercial or government use.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Ranger Boats offer. 
• No model substitutions, rain check, or extensions will be allowed. Not redeemable for cash.                  NO EXCEPTIONS.

PARTICIPATION:

January 15^th, 2010 – March 31^st, 2010…Dealer will be responsible for $250 per package sold.

• Claims made after the cut-off date of April 15^th, 2010 are subject to full payment by the selling Dealer.
• Boats already sold with a deluxe Ranger cover will receive a credit to the dealer’s parts account in the amount that the cover was invoiced for.
• Dealers are responsible for any additional benefits and/or costs of items they choose to offer the purchasing consumer that are not covered in the Promotion benefits.
• Any costs, expenses or fees incurred by Ranger will be charged to the dealer’s account if Ranger has to settle a dispute with a consumer who was not eligible for this promotion because the dealer failed to comply with these promotion terms, conditions, and procedures.

INCENTIVE DETAILS

The deluxe Ranger Cover will be produced and shipped directly to the consumer if not included in the original sale to the dealer.  A cover form will be available for completion during registration for the “Gotcha Covered” Promotion.  In the event that the cover is already included, a credit for the wholesale amount will be applied to the dealer’s parts account.

HOW TO SUBMIT:

·        To be authorized to participate and offer this promotion, an authorized dealer must sign the 2010 “Gotcha Covered” Dealer Participation Form and have signed a 2010 model year Dealer Agreement.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
